Shipping & Returns

We ship through the US Postal Service and UPS, please call us for any shipping questions at (800) 245-1844. Due to new tax laws we are currently unable to ship to the United Kingdom.

We will gladly replace any electronics, CDs, tapes, videos, DVDs, and software that are defective or damaged in transit. We do not currently give refunds on these items.

We give full refunds, not including shipping charges, on books that are returned within 30 days of order date. Prior approval is necessary, so please call us at (208) 245-5388 or email us BEFORE returning them.
